Friends of the Library
This holiday season, we hope that you consider giving a gift to the Friends of the Library! All donations directly support the mission and vision of the library, from programs to special collections and everything in between. The Friends is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, and donations are tax deductible. To donate, just go to hamiltonlibrary.org/friends.
If you want to support the Friends AND a local business, then mark your calendars for January 19 and plan a night out at Gilligan’s Island in Sherburne! A portion of the sales from that evening will be donated to the Friends of the Library.

From the Director
The library is hiring! Are you, or is someone you know, interested in joining our team? Submit your application to be a part-time Circulation Assistant today! We’re looking for someone a few evenings a week and one Saturday a month. Ideally, a candidate will have a passion for libraries and the services we provide, someone who is good with computers, great with people, and willing to learn.
For more information on this position and how to apply, visit https://hamiltonlibrary.org/job-posting/ or just stop in and ask about this unique opportunity.
On a related note, I want to say thank you and best wishes to our outgoing employee, Sarah Park-Matott. Though her tenure with us was brief, she exemplified customer service, professionalism, and organization while working the evening shifts at the library. Be sure to wish her well if you see her before she heads off to her next venture.
Thank you for reading and Happy Holidays!
